1. We only accept cancellations:
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase.
2. Conditions of cancellations:
Refund will be given back to your original payment method.
3. Orders & packing of physical Products:
Once an order is placed, we are processing it - such as packing and doing the postage and passing to our courier partners. Please ensure you have the right address as it is the buyer responsibilities to give the right information.
4. Dispatchment:
We will ship your items in 3-5 business days or after you place the order. International delivery typically takes 4 weeks, while it can take up to 8 weeks as the package goes through or being held in customs. We work hard to provide free or affordable standard shipping for most products with basic freight. International customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees, as we can't predict what and which fee, if any, will be applied. Custom fee is not part of the shipping postage, the fee is not applied until the package reaches the destined country.
5. Convid & delays:
Unfortunately, our delivery service operations are being affected by very high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the community and as a result we are experiencing delivery delays of an additional business days past our advised timescale. Rest assured, our team are working hard to ensure you receive your order quickly.
6. Returning Policy:
Buyers must return it in it orginial condition within 30 days of delivery with the proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with you) if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
